Former Kaizer Chiefs attacking midfielder Kamohelo Mahlatsi has finally moved on. His new address is in the Eastern Cape.

Mahlatsi came up as one of the best no.10s in the league at Moroka Swallows in 2020/21. He earned a move to Chiefs but deals don’t always work out.
Amakhosi announced his exit from Naturena in September last year.
The 25-year-old from Sebokeng-born only made seven appearances in gold and black.
“Kamohelo Mahlatsi has left Kaizer Chiefs after the midfielder’s contract was terminated by mutual consent. He is now a free agent,” Amakhosi’s statement said.
“The 25-year-old joined Amakhosi from Moroka Swallows in 2022 and featured seven times in the Gold & Black.
“Kamohelo has given his best at all times while a Chiefs player and, following consultation with his representatives, we decided to release him with a view to him finding more regular game time somewhere else.
“We appreciate his efforts and wish him all of the best for the future,” added the Club’s Sporting Director, Kaizer Motaung Jr.

Meanwhile, the SuperSport United academy graduate has moved to Gqeberha. The deal was announced on Friday afternoon.
The former Chiefs star could make his debut for the Chilli Boys this evening. Chippa take on Stellenbosch FC at the Danie Craven at 19:30.
