Kaizer Chiefs paid tribute to one of their fallen sons Siphiw Mkhonza, who passed away on Tuesday morning.

Mkhonza’s family ‘confirmed’ that the former Chiefs legend turned analyst was suffering from a kidney infection.

The 44-year-old was admitted at Charlotte Maxeke a month ago and was released after showing signs of recovery, iDiski Times reported.

Unfortunately, he succumbed to his illness after being discharged from the hospital.
